I have been doing a lot of running lately, I mean a lot. Since COVID started, I've upped my running routine by 95%. Currently, I am doing a 10K running program through an app, and while an app isn't for everyone, it keeps me accountable to running on a schedule and pushes me to run the extra kilometres in the moment when I might not want to. One thing I love about running is it helps to calm my mind, build my endurance, keeps my heart healthy and my pants fitting just right.
That being said, running has some implications on your joints and muscles. What I have been doing to combat that is taking regular baths! Ideally a cold ice bath would be the quickest for recovery purposes, but, like most I like my baths hot. What I suggest is an Epsom salt bath.
