What is Copperlace Naturals doing during COVID-19?
For the safety of our employees, customers and products, we have been taking the COVID19 outbreak extremely seriously. We have always and will continue to provide gloves, masks and sanitizer to all our employees. In our workspaces, we are limiting the number of staff members working at a time and practicing social distancing within these spaces.
Due to the outbreak of the virus we have limited staff which may delay processing your order. You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and then another one when it is shipped. We thank you for your understanding in this matter during this unprecedented time.
There have been delays in shipping with all major companies; Canada Post, UPS and Fed Ex. We will do our best to select the company that will get your package to you quickly, however, we are not responsible for any third party delay's by any of the shipping carriers. Again, we thank you for your patience.
We are constantly keeping updated with the advice from the government and health officials in our workplace. We wish everyone well during this situation and a reminder it is important we are being supportive and kind to everyone. Stay safe, stay clean, stay home if you can.
